RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the unworn pair of shoes within 15 days of receiving the item for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please submit a return request via email to (anamacustomercare@anamashoes.com) before returning the shoes so we can provide a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. If you prefer a refund, you may return the item at your own expense, or use our prepaid return label and we will refund you minus a $15 return service fee.
- Return and Exchange Requests: All requests for returns, exchanges, or store credit must be accompanied by the original packaging (boxes or otherwise), purchase receipt, and a short explanation of the reason for the request.

- Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee: All shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility. All returned merchandise is subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. Exchanges for alternative merchandise are limited to items purchased in the United States only. Once we receive and process your returned merchandise, we will issue you either an e-gift card with store credit, a notice of shipment of the replacement merchandise, or arrange a refund via Zelle within 3-6 business days (once you provide the necessary information). Store credits do not expire.
- Condition of Returned Merchandise: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and free from any scuffs, odors, or evidence of wear and tear. If merchandise is returned damaged, the application for exchange or store credit will be declined. Items purchased using a discount code, or during special sales days such as "Black Friday," "Cyber Monday," or "Final Sale," are not eligible for return or store credit.
- Warranty: All merchandise purchased is eligible for the Anama Shoes warranty for a period of thirty (30) days from receipt. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are applicable to any merchandise sold.
- Warranty Exclusions: Falls and accidents are not covered by warranty. Damage caused by pets, such as dogs and cats, is not covered by warranty. Unauthorized returns from other countries are assumed by the customer.
